Fitness and Health Philosophy

As a dedicated fitness and wellness coach I am committed to empowering women through strength, confidence, and self-awareness. I specialize in helping clients build muscle, feel strong in their bodies, and develop lasting confidence from within. My approach goes beyond physical training, focusing on creating a powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit for true, balanced well-being. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness.

Personal Notables

My parents are Guatemalan, and I am proud of my Latin culture and to be Latina. I have three younger sisters who are my built-in best friends. I grew up in Marin playing soccer, basketball and track and field. Since I was a little girl, I looked up to women with strong muscles. I picked up strength training in college, at SFSU, where I majored in political science and minored in Latino/a studies. After college I moved to San Diego for seven years to live by the beach. I have been training for over 12 years. The gym is a form of therapy for me. It’s where I found my  power within. I hope to inspire and empower other young women to find their confidence in the gym.
